Delivery

Please note delivery is NOT included in the item price.

Once payment for the item(s) has been made, you can choose to take receipt of your purchase:

• By prior appointment from the gallery
• Items can be collected in person or you can arrange for your own courier to collect.
• Arrange for item(s) to be delivered/shipped

We are happy to put you in contact with one of our trusted shippers in order for you to arrange delivery/shipping of your purchase from us with them. If you would like a quote for delivery/shipping please supply us with your full delivery address and your contact details, and we will obtain a qoute for you.

Damaged Deliveries

We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive the journey to you. We do however have to rely on third-party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages, unfortunately, can happen from time to time.

Unfornatuly we can not take any responsibility for items danaged in transit, this will be the responsibility of the shipping company and therfore any damaged must be reported directly to them. 

Returns and Exchanges

We are pleased to offer a 14 day full refund policy for items purchased online. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason we would ask you to return the item to us in undamaged condition within 14 days and we will make a full refund of the price paid. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a courier with a tracking capability and insurance in case goods are lost or damaged in transit.

A full refund can take up to 14 days from receipt of the item and will be credited in the same manner as when the item was purchased.

All prices and shipping services are quoted in sterling (£).

All shipping, local import duties and any additional charges are the customers' responsibility.
