Returns and Exchanges

We are pleased to offer a 14 day full refund policy for items purchased online. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason we would ask you to return the item to us in undamaged condition within 14 days and we will make a full refund of the price paid. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a courier with a tracking capability and insurance in case goods are lost or damaged in transit.

A full refund can take up to 14 days from receipt of the item and will be credited in the same manner as when the item was purchased.
